- •A 50% deposit is required to schedule filming or begin production; balance due upon delivery.
- •Digital Solutions (websites, maintenance, digital products) are priced as ranges — every project gets a scope call and a written, fixed-price quote before any payment is requested. One-time projects: 50% deposit to begin, balance due upon delivery. Maintenance: billed monthly in advance.
- •Monthly retainers (editing, channel management, website maintenance) require a 30-day cancellation notice.
- •Channel Management requires Manager-level YouTube access via a Brand Account. LuMax does not request or store account passwords; access is revocable any time and auto-terminates at contract end.
- •Digital Solutions revisions beyond what's included in a package are billed at $100/hr; rush timelines may incur an additional fee.
- •Rates assume standard-definition project scope; specialty work (drone footage, licensed music, extensive motion graphics) quoted separately.
- •Outcomes like virality, subscriber growth, or view counts depend on factors outside LuMax's control and are not guaranteed under any service or package.
- •All rates current as of September 2026 and subject to annual review.
